At Sticksology USA, your satisfaction means everything to us. We take great pride in the quality of our teas and carefully package each order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.



Why We Don’t Accept Returns


Tea is considered a food product and falls under the category of perishable goods. To protect the health and safety of our customers, we cannot accept returned tea, even if unopened. Once a product leaves our facility, we are unable to verify its handling or storage conditions, and for hygiene reasons, cannot resell or reuse it.



Damaged or Incorrect Orders


While we do not accept returns, we absolutely want to make things right if there’s an issue with your order.

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at Hello@SticksologyUSA.com with:

A brief description of the issue


We will evaluate the situation and offer a replacement or refund if eligible. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for review.


Refund Processing


If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive confirmation once your refund is processed. Refunds will be issued for the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.



Exchanges


We do not offer product exchanges at this time.



Shipping Issues


Once a package leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not liable for:

Shipping delays

Lost or stolen packages

Delivery errors due to incorrect address entry


If you experience a shipping issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We’re happy to help investigate where possible, but we cannot issue refunds for shipping-related issues beyond our control.



Wrong Address Disclaimer


Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply for resending.



Order Cancellations


Orders may only be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. After that time, we begin processing and can no longer make changes or cancel the order.



International Shipping


We currently do not offer international shipping. Sticksology USA is available only for orders shipped within the United States.



Final Sale


All purchases are considered final sale. By placing an order on our site, you acknowledge and agree to this return policy.

Refunds or replacements will not be offered for flavor or taste preferences, as tea is a subjective experience.
