Sticksology Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Options & Rates

We offer reliable delivery across the U.S. through trusted carriers (UPS).

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)Flat rate $9.99

  • Free Shippingon orders over $50 (U.S. only)

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier delays.

Packaging

All Sticksology products are shipped in protective boxes to ensure your tea arrives in perfect condition. We do not use padded envelopes for fulfillment.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping options will be available soon.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor delivery status.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  1. Please email us at hello@sticksologyusa.com within 7 days of delivery (include photos if applicable).

  2. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.
